You know that high that you feel when you have achieved something you've wished for? That's the feeling founder, Celia Beyda, felt when she found her calling in the event planning world. As a young teen, she assisted with local charity events and grew to learn that her creativity and organizational skills could take her places in the industry. Celia began taking on every opportunity available to her and engulfed herself in learning about all things events. She learned from multiple highly-celebrated Manhattan-based planners, but also went a step further - she worked in-house with different event vendors including a photography studio, catering company, and invitation designer. In doing so, she came to thoroughly understand those fields, all of which are crucial players for events. Having built an extensive network of valuable relationships, Celia was geared up to launch a company that embodied her ambition and vision, and thus On Reserve Events was born.
